Property has 3 parking spaces for guests to use. Paid parking is on Erie Blvd.

You have access to an entire private beach. Sunshine Beach House also has 7 loungers for guests to soak up the sun on.

The Master bedroom has a private bathroom. 2 Private bedrooms on the lower level have their own private bathroom with a tub.

Wi-Fi Mesh system is active on the property. Allowing guests to have Wi-Fi access anywhere on the property. Even on the private beach!

BEACH HOUSE RULES
- No open flames or candles
- No Shoes or pets in the house
- Quiet Hours: 11pm – 7am
- Lock all doors and windows before sleeping
- No standing or sitting on the retaining rock wall
- Please use cutting boards and do not cut directly on the countertops
- No smoking or vaping
- Hose down firepit and put metal snuffer on top when heading in for the night
- Relax and Have a nice stay!
